FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I order? 

Custom orders should be placed a week or more in advance. 

Is there a cancellation fee?

Orders are non refundable. 

Am I allowed to reschedule?

All sales are final, however, you may change your pick-up date (Ex. weather, health concerns, etc.) Please provide a rain date if you have one. You have up until 3 days before original pick-up date to reschedule.  This was intended to support your last minute cancellations.  Nicole can fulfill your order around your cancellation ONE time. If your second date is cancelled, there will be a reschedule fee to account for the change. 

Do you offer delivery? 

Yes, local delivery in Westchester, CT, and NJ. There will be a delivery fee depending on location.

What is the minimum cupcake order?

6 cupcake minimum, 1-2 flavors.

How many flavors do I get to choose for a dozen?

1-4 flavors and they will be split evenly.

Do you offer allergy free cupcakes?

Yes! I offer vegan, gluten free, and nut free options.

Do you have a store front?

Nope. Not yet!
